
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Nuzul, the Saudi proptech startup, closed a pre-Seed funding round led by Flat6Labs, the leading seed and early-stage venture capital firm, with the participation of several angel investors, a recent statement unveiled.
Nuzul did not reveal the amount of the round; however, it will dedicate the proceeds to expand its presence in the real estate sector.
Rozy Al-Harthy, Co-founder and CEO of Nuzul, stated that the startup is working on developing suitable technology solutions to meet the needs of the Saudi real estate market as it is considered the second largest market in the Kingdom.
For his part, Abdulmajeed Al-Baqmi, Co-Founder and CTO of Nuzul, stated that the proptech sector is prominent as it adopts new ideas to offer an innovative and seamless experience for investors, developers, and brokers working in the real estate sector.
In 2024, Nuzul is set to launch a bunch of new products to facilitate the brokerage process and easily manage offers, driven by its commitment to developing solutions that tackle challenges facing the real estate sector in the region.
Nuzul platform, launched in 2022, aims to connect those working in the real estate market with existing and new customers by establishing digital offices to help them handle daily tasks electronically, promote products via a dedicated website for their listings, and use the national safe clouds to save data.
