Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia is set to host the second consecutive edition of Cityscape Global from November 11 to 14, 2024, under the theme "The Future of Living".

The event will be held in Malham, Riyadh, under the auspices of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program, as per the Saudi Press Agency.

It is organized by Tahaluf, a joint venture of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund (EIF), and Informa PLC.

This world's largest real estate exhibition will bring together over 400 institutional investors and leading global brands in real estate, architecture, and design.

Notable international participants include HKS Inc., a US-based leader in architecture and design, the German architectural and planning firm HPP International Planungsgesellschaft mBH, and Singapore's Edwin Cheong, owner of the "Emotive Experience Art Studio".

The exhibition will provide seven specialized platforms to present innovative projects and new approaches in the fields of technology, sustainability, and quality. A new platform will be dedicated to stadiums and mega events, and one to young entrepreneurs to share their experience; there will also be a networking lounge to foster collaborations and partnerships.

The Future of Living Summit, the Asset Horizons conference, and an Institutional Investors' Forum will be held at the event. The spotlight will shine on design and architecture (DNA).

The event will also explore innovations in real estate technology, with over 500 experts sharing their insight into the future of the real estate industry.

The exhibition will see the participation of more than 400 exhibitors, including AFEX – Architectes Francais à L'Export, a non-profit French association representing over 200 architecture and design professionals. Flambard Williams, a UK-based real estate company, is making its debut at Cityscape Global, offering high-yield real estate opportunities in top UK cities, including the development of Angel Gardens in Manchester.

Cityscape Global aligns with the Saudi Vision 2030 goals of improving the quality of life and attracting foreign investment.

The growing number of international companies participating reflects the attractive opportunities presented by Saudi Arabia's robust economy and real estate market.
