Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Jeddah Central Development Company, owned by the Public Investment Fund, signed four major construction contracts estimated at SAR 12 billion to establish three architectural landmarks; the Stadium, the Opera House, and the Oceanarium, according to the company's statement.

The agreements, signed by CEO Ahmed Alsulaim, included a construction contract with China Harbor Engineering Arabia LTD for the infrastructure and utilities works for phase one of Jeddah Central Destination.

 Alsulaim stated that the projects will be implemented following the best global practices.

Jeddah Central Destination is scheduled to be opened for visitors by 2027 and will feature major architectural landmarks, the Opera House, and the Oceanarium, in addition to other facilities including a sand beach and yacht marina.
