
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Careem, the multi-service application, partnered with Redbox to provide a first-ever scheduled home delivery service for customers in Jeddah and Riyadh, the company announced in a statement.
The partnership agreement was signed by Amer Fakieh, Senior Commercial Manager at Careem, and CEO of RedBox Thamer Altuwaiyan.
Through this partnership, customers will have their parcels delivered to any location they choose during a specific time window within one hour by Careem Express, leveraging Redbox’s wide network of smart parcel lockers in more than 50 cities across the Kingdom.
Commenting on the partnership, Fakieh said: “We know that customers today want delivery to be easy, contactless, and affordable, and the integration between merchants, RedBox and Careem Express makes this possible.”
For his part, Altuwaiyan stated that the partnership with Careem represents a “significant step” towards making parcel delivery more convenient, reliable, and tailored to the unique needs of customers in Saudi Arabia.
