
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Plain Tiger, a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace headquartered in UAE, raised funding from the UAE-based VC firm AngelSpark, as part of its $1.5 million seed round.
In a statement, Plain Tiger said it will dedicate the funding to expand its operations in Saudi Arabia and speed up more hotel’s pathways to net zero procurement
Plain Tiger connects hotels with eco-friendly suppliers, saving them time and money and reducing their environmental impact. It enables hotels to source from over 300 suppliers at the same price while providing suppliers access to some of the leading hotel groups in the Middle East.

She noted that Plain Tiger will use the funding to develop its B2B marketplace technology as well.
