Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Egypt-based E-commerce platform, Kemitt, announced its intentions to expand in the Saudi market after another successful funding round the company refused to disclose its worth.
This new round came to highlight the rising confidence of investors in the company as well as its steady path, according to a recent press release by Kemitt.
On this occasion, Mahmoud Fouad, co-founder and CEO of Kemitt commented: “We are truely thrilled to be introducing our Kemitt to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as this expansion reflects our commitment to values like innovation and customer satisfaction. These recent funding rounds will enable us to expand our presence and offer a unique shopping experience for the Saudi client”.
This latest funding round, although no details are disclosed, will be dedicated to enhancing the techs of the platform for an easier and user-friendly interface as well as diversifying its shopping basket to stay up to all tastes of the Saudi consumer, in addition to building more partnerships with local manufacturers and suppliers to achieve a more competitive quality and prices
Founded in 2017, Kemitt is an online platform that allows customers to access over 15,000 SKUs, with an on-demand manufacturing option and 7-12 day delivery services to their doorstep.
