HissaTech to dedicate this investment to expanding its customer base across Saudi Arabia

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: HissaTech, a Saudi PropTech startup, announced raising SAR 2.5 million in a pre-seed funding round led by a group of angel investors aiming to reshape real estate investment in Saudi Arabia.

The company aims to enhance its digital real estate platform, offering a simplified way for investors to access income-generating properties, according to its press release.

HissaTech’s innovative platform allows individuals to co-own real estate assets, offering them the opportunity to earn regular rental income and benefit from potential capital gains as property values increase over time. The platform lowers the traditional barriers to entry by allowing smaller investments in income-generating properties.

The SAR 2.5 million will be allocated to expanding the customer base across Saudi Arabia, enhancing the digital platform for a more seamless investment experience, as well as building strategic partnerships to strengthen HissaTech’s position in the PropTech sector.

The startup aims to meet the growing demand for transparent and secure real estate investment opportunities in the region. By offering regular returns from rental income and potential long-term gains from rising property values, HissaTech seeks to make real estate more accessible to everyday investors.

While details about specific investors and future expansion plans remain limited, this pre-seed round marks a significant milestone in HissaTech’s growth journey. The company plans to continue leveraging technology to offer new solutions in the PropTech industry.
