
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Hassan Allam Holdig, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, is set to implement $500 million infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, in a bid to expand its project portfolio, CEO Hassan Allam unveiled.
The Egyptian company is gearing up to sign contracts with Saudi government entities to implement the planned infrastructure projects in the Kingdom, along with developing under-construction projects worth over $1 billion, Allam stated in an interview with Asharq Business.
He clarified that the company concluded contracts worth $2 billion in 2024, as part of a broader plan to expand its presence in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Iraq.
The CEO further noted that the company’s businesses cover various areas including infrastructure projects, hotels, and power plants.
It is worth noting that Hassan Allam opened a regional headquarters in Riyadh in March to expand its presence beyond the African country.
