Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubaser: On the sidelines of the Biban 24 Conference, Amr Abdulghani, main partner of Boyot, a leading rental payment platform for rent collection and property management in MENA, told Sharikat Mubasher that the application provides integrated solutions for real estate developers and management companies to automate its internal operations.
He added that through the Boyot app, a real estate developer can showcase residential units for sale as well as close deals on them.
As for unit seekers, the application can navigate them through different real estate projects and choose between them, in addition to the ability to book a unit via the application.
Abdulghani further explained that the platform enables property management companies to manage all its related projects, while the end user can request operating or maintenance from management companies via the Boyot app.
Worth mentioning that Boyot operates in Egypt, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
Expected to welcome over 160,000 visitors, Biban 2024, which runs in Riyadh from 5 to 9 November, will provide 10,000 investment and entrepreneurial opportunities, 420 workshops for over 19,000 beneficiaries, and consultation and guidance sessions for more than 5,000 beneficiaries.
