Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Madar, a Saudi provider of digital logistics services, is set to expand its offerings by introducing sea freight services, according to Technology Director Mohammed Al Sawwaf.
Speaking to Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of the Supply Chain and Logistics Conference 2024, Al Sawwaf explained that Madar operates as a unified platform, delivering a wide range of services tailored to the logistics sector. These include route optimization, automatic vehicle locator (AVL) tracking, live tracking, fleet management, freight services, and more.
He emphasized that Madar is fully integrated with government logistics services and platforms, including the Saudi Ministry of Transport’s Bayan and Fasah gateways.
The official further stated that Madar aims to position itself as the Kingdom’s unified logistics platform, offering comprehensive road, air, and sea freight services.
As a technical sponsor of the 6th Supply Chain and Logistics Conference, Madar is showcasing its advanced digital logistics solutions. The event takes place in Riyadh on 15 and 16 December, with the participation of over 100 exhibitors and more than 10 startups from over 10 countries.
It serves as a dynamic platform that provides access to decision-makers in government agencies and commercial establishments and identifies investment initiatives and opportunities.
The conference gathers supply chain leaders from around the world to discuss strategies that will strengthen the Saudi economy and reinforce the Kingdom’s role as a global logistics hub linking three continents.
