Saudia lands its 1st Experience Store in Roshn Front in Riyadh

Roshn Front welcomes Saudia’s 1st Experience Store, transforming the customer journey

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudia, Saudi Arabia's national flag carrier, unveiled its inaugural Experience Store at Roshn Front in Riyadh, introducing a modern and immersive approach to customer service.

The store combines advanced technology with exclusive product offerings and ticketing services, creating a seamless journey from exploration and purchase to after-sales support, according to a recent press release.

Conveniently situated for easy access, the Experience Store replaces the Al-Muruj sales office and operates from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 9 PM. It is designed to enhance customer convenience, featuring a streamlined ticketing area aimed at minimizing wait times and maximizing satisfaction. For premium guests, the AlFursan Lounge offers a private and comfortable environment with dedicated services. Additionally, visitors can shop for exclusive Saudia-branded merchandise at the Saudia Store.

The Experience Store also brings Saudi Arabia’s tourism and travel offerings to life. In collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority, it features an immersive virtual reality experience showcasing the Kingdom's top tourist attractions. Interactive screens enable visitors to explore Saudia's extensive network of destinations across four continents.

Speaking about the launch, Wail Basaffar, Assistant Vice President of KSA Sales at Saudia, stated: “The launch of the Saudia Experience Store reflects our commitment to enhancing service quality across all locations, marking a significant milestone that transcends the traditional concept of sales offices. By leveraging the latest technologies, visitors can engage with Saudia’s newest offerings and experience the brand firsthand. We strive to elevate guest experiences beyond expectations.”

The Saudia Experience Store, developed by Saudia Real Estate, a subsidiary of Saudia Group, adheres to the highest engineering and architectural standards. It incorporates advanced safety measures to ensure a secure and state-of-the-art environment for all visitors.

The platform is expected to transform how destinations, tourism services and visitor experiences are planned, managed and delivered through AI.TourismX enables a more connected digital experience across the ministry’s channels, leveraging AI to reshape the future of the Saudi tourism sector. The beta version features a suite of AI-powered tools for tourism businesses and professionals, including a hotel interior designer, menu creation assistant, branding and identity designer, hotel standard operating procedure generator, tour guide assistant, and tour script generator.
1001 closes $30mn Series A funding to expand presence in GCC
Dubai - Sharikat Mubasher: 1001, the sovereign artificial intelligence platform, announced the successful closure of its $30 million Series A funding round led by Lux Capital, with participation from existing investors General Catalyst, CIV, and Chris Re.The round also saw participation from new investors Sanabil Investments, Hanabi, and 9Yards, alongside a group of regional and global angel investors, the company revealed in a statement today.1001 will use the new capital to scale its engineering team and build out its commercial and go-to-market presence across key GCC markets.1001's systems apply to any high-value operational problem where better data and intelligence can improve decisions across the full range of physical and critical infrastructure, including aviation, ports and logistics, energy, industrials and manufacturing.Bilal Abu-Ghazaleh, Founder and CEO of 1001, said: “The GCC runs some of the world's most important infrastructure, managing a significant share of global oil flows, container traffic and international aviation.
