Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Liwan Real Estate Development Company, one of the largest real estate developers in Saudi Arabia, successfully completed over 1,000 residential and commercial units in Riyadh, and plans to develop around 7,000 real estate units over the next five years, CEO Abdulrahman Alduhaim stated in an interview with Sharikat Mubasher.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Real Estate Future Forum 2025 (RFF 2025), Alduhaim highlighted that Liwan implements mixed-use projects encompassing residential units, commercial complexes, hotels, and office spaces.
He also noted that Saudi real estate is undergoing significant growth, backed by the government’s initiatives aimed at promoting the sector’s growth.
Furthermore, Alduhaim emphasized the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the real estate sector, describing it as a "key enabler" that allows companies to better connect with customers, understand their needs, and create optimized designs.
The RFF 2025, held in Riyadh from 27 to 29 January, gathers global industry leaders, policymakers, and investors. Featuring over 300 speakers from 85 countries, the event focuses on innovation, sustainability, and investment strategies that are reshaping the global property market, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East.
