Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Mohammed Afifi, Senior Associate at Deloitte Saudi Arabia, stated that the company offers a wide range of services, including real estate consulting, property valuation, and identifying the optimal uses of properties.
Speaking to Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of the Real Estate Future Forum 2025, Afifi highlighted that Deloitte has been operating in the Middle East for over 20 years, with its headquarters in Riyadh.
Afifi emphasized that Deloitte has a large client base in Saudi Arabia, including the Public Investment Fund, NEOM, and Red Sea Global, in addition to several private companies and real estate developers in the Kingdom.
He noted that the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia is one of the most promising industries, experiencing growing demand, particularly in Riyadh and other major cities, adding that the Kingdom's ongoing mega projects have contributed a lot to the creation of more investment opportunities for both local and international investors.
