Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: In an exclusive interview with Sharikat Mubasher, Khalaf Alahmadi, Chief Information Security Officer in Perfect Presentation (2P) highlighted the company’s top tech products during its participation in the fourth edition of the LEAP 2025 Conference and Exhibition.
On the sidelines of the LEAP 2025 Conference, which is taking place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre, Alahmadi said that the company offers its ‘Perfect Engage’ services through the "Yamamah" app, a messaging application that is similar in usage to WhatsApp. Yamamah is the national leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) in Saudi Arabia, offering all kinds of interfaces, including Rest API, SOAP, and SMPP. Yamamah provides a scalable, reliable, highly available, and modern A2P communication platform with 24/7 support and real-time web-based reporting capabilities.
Alahmadi also introduced the company’s second product, "Perfect Homes," which features smart and secure systems for home management.
He added that the company leverages artificial intelligence to enhance customer service through the "Bright Better" system. This smart tool accompanies the customer throughout the entire call, implementing the concept of interactive voice response (IVR).
2P, founded in 2004, is a leader in Saudi Arabia's ICT services and technology solutions market. The company offers a comprehensive suite of IT services encompassing software development, operations and maintenance, and customer experience solutions.
The fourth edition of the award-winning global technology event, LEAP, runs from 9 to 12 February in Riyadh with the participation of over 1,800 exhibitors, more than 1,000 speakers, and over 680 startups with awards exceeding $1 million.
Under the theme ‘Into New Worlds,’ LEAP 2025 aims to showcase the latest innovations and facilitate knowledge exchange, expanding business networking and investment opportunities in the tech sector.
The event, featuring participation from 18 countries, is organized by Tahaluf and the Ministry for Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), in partnership with Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, and the Events Investment Fund.
