Alareeb Holding acquires 80% stake in Vision Talent

Alareeb Holding successfully acquired an 80% stake in Vision Talent Company, in a move to expand its business scope

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Alareeb Holding Company announced the successful acquisition of an 80% stake in Vision Talent, a Saudi company specializing in developing and training skilled human resources.

This acquisition aims to empower sectors to develop their organizational structures, improve operational efficiency, and enhance corporate governance principles, the company announced in a recent statement.

The deal perfectly aligns with Alareeb’s mission to expand its investments in the service sector, which plays a pivotal role in improving organizational performance and enhancing competitiveness.

Vision Talent offers innovative human resources solutions to elevate companies’ efficiency and promote organizational structures, following the highest global standards.

Ahmed Al-Obaid, Chairman of Alareeb Holding, affirmed that the acquisition reflects the company’s commitment to supporting companies to achieve sustainable operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, Nouf Nasser, Chief Operating Officer at Vision Talent, highlighted that the acquisition will allow the company to enhance its capabilities and provide more advanced human resources solutions that add value to customers.

It is worth mentioning that Alareeb Holding recently acquired a majority stake in Future Integrated Management (FIM) to expand its business scope.
