
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Nqoodlet, a Saudi-based fintech building an integrated financial operating system for small and medium-sized enterprises, raised $3 million in a seed funding round.
According to the company’s press release, this round was led by Waad Investment, with participation from OmanTel, 500 Sanabil Investment, Oqal, Seed Holding Company, and strategic angel investors.
Founded by Mohamed Milyani and Yara Ghouth, Nqoodlet simplifies expense management, VAT filing, open-banking integration, and financial planning through a unified platform.
The new capital will advance product development, adding AI-driven analysis and deeper open-banking tools, expand partnerships across banking and telecom, and grow its technical and support teams.
To date, Nqoodlet’s platform serves over 600 SMEs, helping clients save more than SAR 80 million in operating costs through automation and real-time spend control.
