
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Cenomi Centers entered a 10-year exclusive franchising and strategic partnership with global retail giant Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), with the option to extend another decade.
The agreement grants Cenomi Centers exclusive rights to the Westfield brand in Saudi Arabia and signals a major move to elevate the Kingdom’s retail landscape, as per a recent press release.
The partnership will begin with three flagship malls—Jawharat Riyadh, Jawharat Jeddah, and Nakheel Dammam—rebranded as Westfield destinations. The collaboration is expected to eventually expand across up to eight key properties in Cenomi’s portfolio.
Through access to URW’s global expertise in leasing, operations, marketing, and retail media, Cenomi aims to create world-class shopping experiences aligned with Vision 2030’s goals of enhancing quality of life and boosting tourism. The partnership also supports Cenomi’s ambitions to attract more global anchor tenants, integrate digital retail innovations, and scale sustainably.
Cenomi Centers sees this move as a defining step in its strategy to strengthen its market leadership in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, while URW views the deal as a significant milestone in Westfield’s international growth.
