
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Ministry of Health announced launching the “Biotech Accelerator” program to support Saudi innovators in biotechnology and life sciences, aiming to boost their investment readiness and expand their reach to global markets.
Running for seven months, the program offers mentorship, capacity-building sessions, and direct access to investors and experts, both local and international, as per the Ministry’s press release.
Participants will also have the chance to present their innovations at the BIO 2025 Global Conference.
The initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and supports the National Biotechnology Strategy and the Health Sector Transformation Program, which aim to foster a knowledge-based economy and improve healthcare quality.
Applications are open until May 8, with interviews set for 15–20 May and final selections to be announced on 25 May, 2025. The Ministry invites Saudi innovators, including startup founders, to apply and take part in shaping the future of healthcare innovation.
