Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: IHC, a global investment firm, announced the launch of a groundbreaking AI marketplace powered by ‘SAIF,’ the first-ever Emirati AI Marketplace Agent.
Designed to transform how AI solutions are developed, sourced, and deployed worldwide, SAIF offers a user-friendly interface that enables UAE and global developers to purchase GPUs, AI modules, and custom AI stacks directly, according to a recent press release.
Developed entirely in the UAE, the marketplace supports multiple access modes including voice, text, and video, and is equipped to communicate in over 5,000 languages. It embodies core UAE values such as trust, hospitality, speed, and precision, aiming to expand access to advanced AI technology that many developers previously found difficult to obtain due to large minimum order requirements.
Syed Basar Shueb, IHC’s CEO, explained that the initiative demonstrates the UAE’s leadership in digital innovation and reflects the nation’s ambition to fuse cutting-edge technology with practical solutions. He noted that the marketplace is set to redefine human interaction with intelligent systems and strengthen the country’s position in the global AI ecosystem.
The initiative aligns with the UAE’s AI 2031 vision and digital economy strategy, supporting IHC’s goal to accelerate large-scale digital transformation and enable diverse sectors—including governments, companies, and nonprofits—to unlock AI’s full potential.
