Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based IT firm Code Link announced the launch of Estate, a new PropTech platform designed specifically for real estate developers.
Estate aims to fully automate and digitize the end-to-end property development process in response to the growing digital transformation of the Kingdom’s real estate sector, according to a recent press release.
Estate features a suite of integrated modules, including project management, digital contract handling, marketing tools, off-plan sales support, electronic archiving, CRM, inventory management, property management, and advanced reporting dashboards. It also offers cloud-based access for remote collaboration and improved operational efficiency.
Unlike generic tech solutions, Estate was developed with real estate developers’ daily workflows in mind. It is fully compatible with government platforms like Ejar and the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), ensuring smoother, compliant operations.
Built on a flexible subscription model, the platform allows users to choose specific modules and scale according to company size. Subscriptions are annual and priced based on the number of users and tools selected.
Additional benefits include a simplified UX/UI design, free system updates, technical support, user training, and real-time analytics for informed decision-making. Estate aims to enhance governance, reduce human error, and boost productivity across the real estate value chain.
With Estate, Code Link takes a significant step in advancing Saudi Arabia’s PropTech ecosystem and supporting the country’s broader digital transformation goals in real estate.
