Riyadh – Sahrikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands signed 27 agreements and memoranda of understanding during a high-level visit aimed at boosting cooperation in the environment, water, and agriculture sectors.

According to a tweet by the Ministry’s account on X.com, the signed deals include investments exceeding SAR 428 million to develop and localize advanced technologies across these fields.

The agreements were signed during the June 10–12 visit of Mansour bin Hilal Al Mushaiti, Saudi Arabia’s Vice Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture. Senior officials from both countries and representatives from public and private entities attended the signing ceremonies.

The visit supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals by enhancing the global competitiveness of its agricultural sector, increasing local production and exports, and strengthening international trade ties, particularly with the Netherlands, a global leader in agricultural innovation.
