Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Cityscape Global will return to the Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, Riyadh, from 17 to 20 November 2025, adopting the banner “The Future of Urban Living.”
The real‑estate showcase, organised by Tahaluf and backed by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Real Estate General Authority, and Vision 2030’s Housing Program, expects more than 172,000 participants spanning the entire property value chain, according to the event's official press release.
This year’s edition will feature over 450 exhibitors and 500 speakers across four themed conferences, while two invitation‑only networking tracks target institutional investors and international developers. Organisers will again welcome a strong international contingent after 2024’s show drew representatives from 121 countries and generated deals exceeding US$61 billion.
A new highlight is ESTAAD, Saudi Arabia’s first dedicated forum for stadium, sports, and mega‑event infrastructure, co‑located with the main exhibition. The extension underlines growing demand as the Kingdom gears up for events such as the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
Municipalities and Housing Minister Majed Al‑Hogail said the gathering offers a platform to forge partnerships that advance integrated communities and sustainable growth under Vision 2030. Faisal Al‑Khamissi, chairman of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity and a founding partner of Tahaluf, noted that last year’s results cemented Cityscape Global’s status as a leading marketplace for global real‑estate deals, and pledged a still larger impact in 2025.
