
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Egyptian real estate developer Mountain View is gearing up to launch its second project in Saudi Arabia in the near future, according to Founder and Chairman Amr Soliman.
The new project, located in Al-Furasn suburb in Riyadh, will be implemented in partnership with key Saudi companies, Soliman stated in an interview with Asharq Business.
He emphasized that Mountain View’s expansion strategy in the Kingdom depends on partnering with Saudi companies to secure necessary funding, while capitalizing on its established expertise in the real estate sector.
Regarding the company’s first project in Saudi Arabia, ONE, the Chairman revealed that constructions are expected to start by early 2026, with plans to deliver units after two years.
ONE, which was launched by the end of 2024, is the first high-end residential villa complex in the Kingdom, spanning over 230,000 square meters. Featuring an integrated collection of 488 villas and five unique architectural styles, ONE is designed to enhance the living experience and suit the lifestyle of the Kingdom’s top-notch community.
