
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Huawei Cloud, in cooperation with the Center for Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE) and NAUATECH, held the 2025 Huawei Cloud Developer Conference at CODE’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The event reinforced Huawei’s commitment to nurturing Saudi Arabia’s digital talent and supporting Vision 2030’s digital transformation goals.
Bringing together developers, startups, and tech leaders from across the Kingdom, the conference spotlighted Huawei’s AI-powered and cloud-native development tools, as per a recent press release by Huawei. Key programs such as the Huawei Cloud Developer Program and AI certification tracks were introduced, offering technical training, business mentorship, and internationally recognized credentials.
Huawei also announced its expansion plans in the Kingdom, including the growth of its cloud services to over 200 offerings and the addition of three Availability Zones in Riyadh. The company has secured Class C certification from the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), confirming its compliance with the Kingdom’s highest standards for cloud platforms.
Demos of platforms like ModelArts and CodeArts showcased Huawei’s edge in AI deployment and secure cloud-based development. Real-world case studies from local partners highlighted Huawei’s role in helping Saudi companies scale and innovate.
