Through this partnership, both parties aim to deliver an integrated, data-driven platform for fleet management, leasing, and telematics, further enhancing operational efficiency, user experience, and local innovation in line with Vision 2030’s objectives, according to a recent official statement.

The platform will provide fleet management services and vehicle rentals across multiple models, including traditional rental, shared mobility, and self-service solutions, as well as telematics and remote control services.

Moreover, this joint venture aims to become the leading mobility operating system that connects vehicles, systems, and users through a unified platform, empowering the next generation of digital transport, fleet automation, and IoT mobility solutions.
