Saudi Azm integrates 5 AI agents into its workforce

The company deploys virtual employees across five functions to improve productivity and streamline business workflows

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Azm announced it has deployed AI agents across five distinct job roles as part of an initiative to integrate artificial intelligence into its day-to-day operations.

According to the company’s press release, the AI-powered virtual employees are designed to operate as part of the company’s internal workforce rather than as standalone automation tools. They have assigned responsibilities, communicate through internal channels, and are evaluated against defined performance targets. The deployment has reportedly improved operational efficiency across departments by more than 30%.

The system covers five roles: a project quality monitor that tracks development cycles and identifies potential technical issues; a talent acquisition agent that screens resumes and schedules interviews; and a business analyst that converts client requirements into technical documents.

It also includes an executive assistant that prepares weekly operational and financial reports, and an IT services agent that categorizes and resolves recurring technical support requests.

Azm said the AI agents operate on the company’s own infrastructure, with project data and AI models stored within private internal systems to protect sensitive information.

The initiative forms part of Azm’s broader efforts to boost productivity and quality through AI adoption, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s growing focus on integrating artificial intelligence into business operations.
