The platform combines Arabic and English capabilities with local data residency and enterprise deployment options

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi legal AI platform Clauze.AI announced its launch with a strategic investment from global law firm White & Case LLP.

Founded by Waad Alkurini, former head of White & Case’s Riyadh office, Clauze.AI is designed to help legal and corporate teams review contracts, manage governance, conduct due diligence, identify risks, and make legal decisions, as per the company’s press release.

The platform was developed specifically for the region’s legal and regulatory environment, offering bilingual Arabic and English capabilities, Saudi data residency, and on-premises deployment for enterprises with data sovereignty requirements.

On this occasion, Alkurini said regional legal teams have been underserved by AI tools designed for other legal systems and languages, adding that Clauze.AI aims to provide AI infrastructure suited to local legal work.

The investment marks White & Case’s first investment in a Middle East-based technology company and builds on its longstanding presence in Saudi Arabia.

For her part, Heather McDevitt, Chair of White & Case, said the investment reflects the firm’s commitment to Saudi Arabia and its view that AI will reshape legal services as the Kingdom advances digital transformation under Vision 2030.
