Moyasar intends to launch new AI-powered products

Moyasar Financial Company plans to launch new products and services, powered by AI and other emerging technologies over the next period

Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi leading provider of e-payment solutions, Moyasar Financial Company, plans to roll out new AI-powered products and services in the upcoming period, according to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Muath Alduhishy.

Speaking to Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of Money20/20 Middle East, Alduhishy stated that Moyasar focuses on the Saudi market, along with its expansion across several GCC countries and regional markets.

He noted that the company showcased its latest Agentic Commerce product, launched in partnership with HUMAIN, during Money20/20 Middle East. The new product, which enables payments via AI agents, underscores Moyasar's commitment to developing innovative, more flexible, and more efficient payment solutions.

Alduhishy added that Moyasar offers a full suite of integrated payment solutions, from payment gateways and payment collections to other solutions tailored for electronic platforms and markets, powered by groundbreaking technologies that enable them to execute and settle transactions quickly and more efficiently.

Money20/20 Middle East 2026 takes place in the Saudi capital from 14 to 16 September, connecting global financial leaders with the companies, institutions, and policymakers shaping the next phase of financial services in Saudi Arabia and across the region.

It brings together over 600 investors, more than 350 brands, over 350 speakers, and more than 150 startups, reinforcing Riyadh’s growing role as a meeting point for the global and regional financial ecosystem.

Rize lands SAR 187.5mn Murabaha Facility to finance rental portfolio
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi PropTech Rize announced it has been granted a SAR 187.5 million asset-backed, Shariah-compliant Murabaha facility from Jadwa Investment to finance its rental contract portfolio.As per the company’s press release, the facility will enable Rize to fund rental contracts while preserving its equity for product development and expanding its partner network. The platform allows tenants to pay rent monthly while landlords receive the full rental amount upfront, with contracts documented through the Ejar platform.Rize said contract volumes increased more than 24-fold over the past two years, while revenue grew 6.4 times in 2025 and renewal rates exceeded 60%.Since its launch, the platform has processed rental requests worth more than SAR 5.75 billion. It currently has over 400,000 registered users and works with more than 2,900 real-estate partners across Saudi Arabia.Commenting on this, Ibrahim Bulaila, Co-Founder and CEO of Rize, said the facility supports the company’s approach of using Shariah-compliant financing to fund portfolio growth while directing equity toward expansion and product development.Meanwhile, Tariq Al-Sudairy, CEO of Jadwa Investment, said the deal reflects Jadwa’s strategy of providing structured private-credit solutions suited to Saudi scaleups.
