Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based Holouly for IT services and consulting announced it has launched ETEPS, a platform for managing and operating point-of-sale (POS) services, as it plans to enter Egypt and the UAE in 2027.
Founded in Saudi Arabia in 2023, Holouly currently operates in the Kingdom, offering technology solutions for POS operations and logistics through its ETEPS and Right NOW platforms, respectively.
Mahmoud Medhat, CEO and founder of Holouly, said in a press release that the company aims to expand regionally, targeting businesses in digital payments, logistics, and field services.
ETEPS is designed to help merchant service providers (MSPs) manage the full lifecycle of POS terminals, from receiving requests from banks and payment service providers to device allocation, delivery, installation, activation, maintenance, replacement, and service closure.
The platform also connects service requests with inventory and field teams, enabling businesses to track devices, monitor operational performance, identify delayed requests, and improve service efficiency.
ETEPS supports integration with banking systems, payment service providers, customer relationship management tools, and inventory systems, depending on clients’ requirements.
Meanwhile, Holouly’s Right NOW platform focuses on logistics and field operations management, supporting the company’s broader expansion plans across regional markets.
