
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The total amount of Diriyah Company’s giga project in Saudi Arabia’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, At-Turaif, is estimated at $63.2 billion, the Group CEO of Diriyah Company, Jerry Inzerillo stated.
Diriyah Company is planning to establish 23 high-end office structures in Diriyah over a space of 110,000 square meters, in order to accommodate professional workspaces in the future, Construction Week reported.
Inzerillo clarified that Diriyah Company also commenced working in the Northern Cultural District Car Park project (Capella Diriyah) that targets establishing 2,000 car parking spaces.
Moreover, the CEO pointed out that the company introduced and took part in social and economic initiatives that aim at supporting sustainable mobility, health and well-being and the development of the local economy.
Diriyah Company is one of the largest projects of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) that targets developing Diriyah city into a world-class cultural and heritage destination. Diriyah Project is the fifth giga project following the NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiya and Roshn projects. It comes as part of the PIF’s strategy to support Saudi Arabia’s position regionally and internationally as a leading tourism and cultural destination.
It worth mentioning that the company has also enrolled in Saudi Arabia’s sustainability certification program, MOSTADAM, which is aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objective of improving the quality of life for all Saudis.
