
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Sudair Pharmaceuticals Company (SPC) launched a new facility to manufacture injectable oncology and high-potent pharmaceutical products in Sudair Industrial and Business City, the company announced.
The new facility is built on a total space exceeding 95,000 square meters, and was inaugurated by Bandar Alkhorayef, the Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral resources, in attendance of a key panel of officials.
During his visit to SPC's facility, Alkhorayef also showcased the company's future projects.
SPC targets securing the supply of high technology pharmaceutical manufactured products in the Kingdom and MENA region, and thus decrease the dependency on importing such critical products from outside the region.
It commercialized its products in the market to support the treatment of cancer patients in Saudi Arabia and GCC region, and reduce the cost of those products resulting in big governmental expenditure savings.
