Cenomi Retail launches academy to train Saudi retail experts

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Cenomi Retail, a leading retail franchise company in Saudi Arabia, announced the launch of Cenomi Academy to foster a new generation of retail sector experts in the Kingdom.

With a capacity exceeding 1,000 trainees, Cenomi Academy will train qualified young people in entry-level employment training programs, triggered by its goal to be the leading academy in the retail sector in the Kingdom, the company stated in a press release.

Cenomi Academy features the best local and international training standards, with the aim to provide workers in the retail sector with various training solutions. In addition, it targets providing continuous development opportunities to support the workforce and raise their level of performance.

In collaboration with international and prestigious institutions, the academy aspires to enhance the capabilities of young people and activate their role to be the new generation of retail experts, in conjunction with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Gunther Helm, CEO of Cenomi Retail, stated that the main role of Cenomi Academy is to promote the growth of the retail sector by providing the necessary and specialized training and professional development opportunities.

He added that the retail sector is distinguished by its speed of change and development.

“We look forward to achieve this success and achieving the goals of the project which will contribute to strengthening the Saudi retail sector,” Helm said.

Cenomi Academy is headquartered in Riyadh and will provide classroom and on-the-job training with the ability to design customized solutions to enhance skills that include various specializations.

Moreover, it features an innovative methodology that focuses on interactive training methods, designed to facilitate the acquisition of skills and information in a distinctive supportive, and participatory environment.
