Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: ITC Infotech India Limited (I3L) announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, ITC Infotech Arabia Limited (ITC Arabia), to contribute to the digital transformation in Saudi Arabia.

In a statement, I3L clarified that it holds 100% percent of ITC Arabia’s share capital as of the incorporation date.

ITC Arabia will focus on providing information technology (IT) services and solutions, in line with I3L’s objectives to contribute to the Kingdom’s digital transformation.

This acquisition came as part of I3L’s plans to expand in the Middle East, triggered by the growing demand for IT services in the region.
