Saudi Arabia unveils new premium residency products

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency Center launched five new premium residency products to allure talents, investors, and entrepreneurs, a recent statement revealed.

The launch of the new products aims to strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a global hub that attracts the best minds and investments, and targets empowering the national economy by creating jobs and transferring knowledge.

The new products are Special Talent, Gifted, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Real Estate Owner.

The Entrepreneur Residency product is designed for innovative entrepreneurs with rapid growth, offering them the opportunity to develop their ideas and support their projects.

Meanwhile, the Investor Residency product targets businessmen and investors looking to invest in Saudi Arabia, enabling them to benefit from the various sectors and capabilities provided by the economic and commercial environment in the Kingdom.

The Special Talent Residency product is tailored for executives and professionals specialized in health care, science, and research in key priority sectors, while the Real Estate Owner Residency product is designed for property owners who wish to settle in Saudi Arabia and enjoy a safe family environment.

The Gifted Residency product is designed for talented individuals and specialists in culture, arts, and sports.

Majid Alkassabi, Chairman of the Board of the Premium Residency Center, affirmed that the new products will offer holders unparalleled opportunities for settling in Saudi Arabia.

He added that launching the new products will accelerate the Kingdom's trajectory towards a knowledge-based and diversified economy in new sectors.

Alkassabi clarified that all premium residency products are available to those who can add value to the national economy and actively participate in the Kingdom’s rapid development journey, in alignment with Vision 2030.

The products offer a wide range of benefits to holders, including the ability to conduct business, own real estate, obtain work permits for holders and family members, and more.
