Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) launched the Generative AI Academy, in partnership with the global technology company NVIDIA, during the second day of the Global Smart City Forum 2024.
The Gen AI Academy targets cooperating with the best technological entities to develop AI technologies and empower the generation to harness generative AI for the good of the world.
On the other side, SDAIA announced The National Occupational Standards Framework for Data and AI as an approved national reference for data and AI professions in the Kingdom.
The framework targets recognizing the qualifications granted in the Kingdom and following international practices in granting qualifications.
It also aims to set up controls and standards for the recognition of certificates and provide the knowledge, skills, and attributes required for each qualification or certificate.
With the theme ‘A Better Life,’ the Global Smart City Forum 2024 takes place in Riyadh from 12 to 13 February, with the participation of over 40 countries.
