Egypt’s Al Attal Holding develops 1,500 residential units in Riyadh

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Egyptian real estate developer Al Attal Holding is set to develop a real estate project in Riyadh, in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Chairman Ahmed Elattal announced.

The new project will encompass 1,500 residential units, Elattal revealed in an interview with Asharq Business.

He noted that further details about the project will be announced during the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, however, the company is scheduled to start construction works in Q4-24.

The Saudi ministry will own the majority of the planned project, Elattal elaborated.
