Riyadh to host InFlavour, gather celebrity chefs

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia is set to host the second edition of InFalvour, the most exciting government-backed food and beverage (F&B) event in the Kingdom, from 1 to 3 October with the participation of over 50 celebrity chefs and food experts.

Organized by Tahaluf and Informa Markets in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, this world-leading trade F&B event is expected to welcome more than 400 exhibitors and over 200 investors, in addition to key decision-makers, buyers, and entrepreneurs from around the world.

With the theme ‘A New Beginning for Food,” InFalvour 2024 aims to provide businesses with the opportunity to expand into the Saudi market, offering tips and tricks on overcoming industry challenges.

It will serve as a platform that connects F&B businesses with thousands of professionals, suppliers, and experts across the entire F&B ecosystem.

Global industry pioneers will share thought-provoking insights on the sector’s top topics, while attendees will have the chance to experience some of the latest food trends at Flavourfest.

Moreover, InFlavour will feature the Five-Star Pitch Fest where pioneers in food, agritech, and hospitality vie for cash prizes. This startup competition will take place across three categories: the Plant the Idea Award for the best early-stage startup; the Flourishing Founder Award for the best well-established startup; and the InFlavour Award for the most impressive overall startup.
