Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company (Cenomi Retail) is in talks with a leading global fashion retailer for a significant transaction involving the combination of certain fashion brands.

In a statement, Cenomi Retail unveiled that it appointed Lazard as its financial advisor and AS&H Clifford Chance as its legal advisor in these discussions.

Cenomi Retail is a leading retail franchise company and shopping mall owner and operator in Saudi Arabia. It trades in around 1,300 stores across 100 shopping malls in 11 countries, with a retail platform operating on a total GLA of more than 400,000 square meters.
