Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Sure Global Tech Co. announced the renewal of an Islamic financing and banking services agreement with Saudi National Bank (SNB) worth SAR 36.8 million.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that the facilities, valid for seven months, are guaranteed by a promissory note worth SAR 40.48 million.
The facilities are aimed at funding current and future projects and issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit. There are no related parties to the deal, the company noted.
