Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Batic Investment and Logistics Co. announced the current real estate logistics projects of its subsidiary, Batic Real Estate Co.
This goes in line with the growing business landscape witnessed by the logistics sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the launch of the master plan for logistics centers in 2023, and the readiness of Riyadh to host Expo 2030 and Vision 2030 projects, as per the company’s announcement on Tadawul.
This plan is supposed to contribute to opening promising opportunities in the Saudi logistics sector, with the increase in population growth and demand for warehouses.
These projects include the Land in Al-Manakh District, of which the company revealed that construction and development work has begun on the land owned by Batic Real Estate Co. in Al-Manakh District in Riyadh, with an area of 10,000 m^2.
The second project is the Land on Al Kharj Road. The company explains that an agricultural project construction license has been obtained from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture to build warehouses for cooled and frozen storage with an area of 50,000 m^2 on the agricultural land owned by Batic Real Estate Co., which exceeds: 104,000 m^2 and is located on the old Al Kharj Road in the south of Riyadh.
Batic added that the necessary licenses for this project are being obtained from other relevant official authorities.
Batic Real Estate Co. also revealed that it is currently studying a number of investment opportunities in the real estate logistics sector, whether in purchasing and developing lands or acquiring real estate logistics projects in Riyadh.
