Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The eighth edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII8) is anticipated to witness the signing of deals worth around $28 billion, Richard Attias, CEO of the FII Institute, announced.
In a press conference, Attias stated that the deals will cover several sectors, notably food, entertainment, renewable energy, cybersecurity, and sports.
FII8 will feature 180 discussion sessions where over 600 speakers discuss various topics notably the future of the global economy and investment, applications of artificial intelligence (AI), and food security, Attais elaborated.
The CEO further noted that the upcoming event is expected to welcome over 7,000 participants.
The event is scheduled to take place in Riyadh from 29 to 31 October, gathering global leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, top CEOs, investors, innovators, and decision-makers in finance, AI, sustainability, energy, geoeconomics, and space sectors.
With the theme ‘Infinite Horizons: Investing Today, Shaping Tomorrow,’ FII8 aims to explore investment opportunities that can bridge current challenges with future possibilities, with a variety of external engagements to be hosted throughout the week of 27 October for FII Institute members, officials, strategic partners, and their invited delegates.
Moreover, the FII8 will feature data-driven discussions on how investment can serve as a catalyst for a prosperous and sustainable future, ensuring that insights are grounded in facts and actionable strategies.
It is worth noting that around 520 global CEOs confirmed their participation in FII8 panel sessions.
