Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Foodics, the leading restaurant operations and payment tech in Saudi Arabia and the region, participated in Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 to showcase its innovative brand-new products, General Manager Mohammed Alsultan told Sharikat Mubasher.

In an interview held on the sidelines of Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024, Alsultan emphasized the company’s commitment to upgrading its services and products to cater to the different needs of owners of restaurants and cafés.

He noted that the restaurants and cafés sector in Saudi Arabia is witnessing a significant leap, in alignment with the Financial Sector Development Program.

Alsultan clarified that Foodics provides various channels to collect payments from clients, along with post-payment services that enable owners to seamlessly manage financial and accounting processes.

The official noted that the lack of awareness of authorized financial companies in the Kingdom is one of the key challenges facing Foodics and other companies working in the sector.

He elaborated that these companies, authorized by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), provide a wide range of financial services compared to traditional banks.

Moreover, Alsultan stated that Foodics developed the self-ordering kiosk to help owners boost their average sales by increasing the average order size per customer and lowering costs in the restaurant by improving operational efficiency at the same time.

Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 takes place in Riyadh from 22 to 24 October, bringing together industry leaders, decision-makers, SMEs, startups, and government representatives from around the world.
