Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Digital Saudi, a platform that presents Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation journey, powered by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) launched the ‘Digital Ambassador’ initiative as part of a series of initiatives to enhance digital transformation in the Kingdom.
The initiative aims to appoint ambassadors to build an inclusive digital community that enables beneficiaries to directly contact an ambassador online, in addition to developing an entire suite of digital governmental services to be an integral part of this community.
For this purpose, there will be 2 categories of ambassadors, the governmental and the societal, in several sectors including technical, tourism, and sports.
The Digital Government Authority (DGA) is the entity responsible for regulating digital government activities in government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It aims to keep pace with the transformation currently witnessed by the Kingdom and the rise of modern technologies and business models therein to establish a proactive digital government capable of providing highly efficient digital services and achieving integration between government entities in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
