
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Al-Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS), a leading IT and digital transformation provider in Saudi Arabia, announced the signing of a significant contract with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
In a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday, the agreement, valued at approximately SAR 58.64 million, aims to improve and enhance the infrastructure of SDAIA's private artificial intelligence (AI) network.
The project focuses on strengthening the capabilities of the AI network by providing advanced services and state-of-the-art software solutions. According to MIS, the enhancements will support SDAIA's strategic objectives of establishing Saudi Arabia as a global hub for AI and data innovation.
The contract spans a duration of 36 months, during which MIS will deliver comprehensive services tailored to bolster the efficiency and scalability of the AI network. This initiative aligns with the goals of Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia’s ambitious roadmap for economic diversification, in which data and AI play a pivotal role.
MIS highlighted that the project is expected to contribute positively to its financial performance, with the benefits anticipated to materialize starting from the first quarter of the 2025 fiscal year. This timeline reflects the long-term nature of the project, emphasizing sustainable growth and innovation.
