Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi national real estate developer, National Housing Company (NHC), signed several agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) worth around SAR 30 billion with various government entities and private sector companies on the sidelines of the Real Estate Future Forum 2025 (RFF 2025).

In a statement, the company revealed that the agreements aimed to enhance supply chains, develop property technologies, support the national economy, and upskill national cadres.

The deals included an MoU with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to enhance local content in the real estate sector and an MoU with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) to elevate the construction sector, in addition to other agreements with Zamil AC, Alfanar, Saudi Media Academy, and others.

The company also unveiled its strategic partnership with China’s CITIC Construction Group and Alrawaf Contracting Company to launch a new logistics zone in Khuzam destination.

Last May, NHC and CITIC signed a cooperation agreement to boost building materials supply in the Kingdom. The agreement included establishing an industrial city and logistics zones for building materials, including 12 factories.

It is worth noting that NHC also launched NHC Innovation, an innovative company that develops and operates digital platforms to enhance customer experience and quality of life, during the RFF 2025.

The RFF 2025, held in Riyadh from 27 to 29 January, gathers global industry leaders, policymakers, and investors. Featuring over 300 speakers from 85 countries, the event focuses on innovation, sustainability, and investment strategies that are reshaping the global property market, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East.
