Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: An affiliate of EdVentures, the first EdTech-focused corporate venture capital in the Middle East, plans to list on Saudi Arabia’s stock exchange next year, according to Founder Dalia Ibrahim, who also serves as CEO of Nahdet Misr Group.
Ibrahim made this announcement in an interview with Asharq Business on the sidelines of the Egypt VC Summit 2025 which takes place in Cairo on 4 and 5 February.
Established in 2017 under the umbrella of Nahdet Misr Group, EdVentures invests in edtech startups in the pre-seed and seed stages, serving the sectors of education, culture, and innovative learning solutions. Its portfolio companies include Career 180, iSchool, EYouth, COLNN, Entreprenelle, Greenish, OTO, Akhdar, and more.
The Egypt VC Summit 2025 hosts family offices from Europe, Africa, the US, Latin America, and the Middle East, as well as development financial institutions (DFIs), local and regional VCs, and multiple government representatives.
