Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi-based modest fashion e-commerce platform, Aya, successfully closed a SAR 6 million seed funding round co-led by Khwarizmi Ventures and Turki Alrajhi, with participation from RAED Ventures, Joa Capital, and FENA Holdings.

Aya will use the investment to accelerate product development, expand its market presence, and enhance its platform, aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience, the company announced in a statement today.

Founded in 2024 by Saudi entrepreneurs Munira Alkadi and Abdulrahman Alammar, Aya targets transforming the modest fashion market by consolidating its hugely fragmented landscape into a single, trend-driven platform.

Alkadi, who is also the CEO of Aya, affirmed that the investment is a validation of Aya’s bold vision to disrupt a massive, fast-growing traditional market.

Moreover, Aya leverages real-time customer insights to predict trends and empower local manufacturers to deliver on-demand fashion.
