The Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors (EFCBC) reached an agreement with the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) to launch a platform that aims to simplify the registration process for Egyptian companies seeking to enter the Saudi market.

This statement was announced by Mohammed Sami Saad, Chairman of the Egyptian Federation in an interview with Asharq Business.

Saad revealed that coordination meetings between the two sides are scheduled for April in preparation for the platform's launch, in collaboration with the Saudi Embassy in Egypt.

The platform aims to streamline 80% of the documentation process required for classifying and registering Egyptian construction firms to operate in Saudi Arabia.
