Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Savills, a leading global real estate services provider, has been appointed for the construction management and site supervision of Lenovo’s new manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia.
The project will mark a new milestone for the Building and Project Consultancy team in Saudi Arabia, as Savills continues to support transformative developments across the Kingdom, the company announced in a recent statement.
The manufacturing facility will be established on a total area of 200,000 square meters at the Riyadh Integrated Special Logistics Zone and will produce millions of ‘Saudi Made’ laptops and desktops, and servers.
In February, the Saudi manufacturing company Alat and Lenovo broke ground on this cutting-edge facility that was designed, constructed, and operated to high standards of sustainability.
