Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Life Shield, a key player in the military and security field in Saudi Arabia, signed a $500 million agreement with the US-based firearms manufacturer, Colt's Manufacturing Company, to localize and manufacture light and medium firearms in the Kingdom.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Saudi-US Investment Forum 2025, which takes place in Riyadh as part of President Donald Trump’s official visit to Saudi Arabia.
Featuring over 125 speakers, 2,000 delegates, 15 sessions, and 12 exhibitors, the forum aims to strengthen the longstanding economic partnership between the two nations by bringing together leading Saudi and American investors.
It includes four closed-door roundtables aimed at fostering high-level dialogue on strategic sectors ranging from energy and infrastructure to technology and innovation.
